美国Contemporary Chinese Thought将出版郭店楚简专号

戴卡琳教授主编的美国《当代中国思想》（Contemporary Chinese Thought）杂志今年秋季和冬季号将出版郭店楚简专号。这两辑专号的内容将包括《中国哲学》第20辑《郭店楚简研究》的主要论文。以下为戴卡琳教授撰写的简介。

This year, the fall and winter issues of the translation journal Contemporary Chinese Thought (M.E. Sharpe) are dedicated to the Guodian texts. Both issues are co-edited by Carine Defoort and Xing Wen. Thirteen recent articles selected from the journal Zhongguo zhexue (Chinese Philosophy) 20 (1999), were translated into English by Janice Foong. The former issue (32.1) contains papers by Wang Baoxuan, Pang Pu, Li Xueqin, Zhang Liwen and Xing Wen; the latter (32.2) gathers papers by Jiang Guanghui, Pang Pu, Li Xueqin, Li Cunshan, and Qian Xun. The selection of articles is intended for a broad audience of interested China scholars. They give a lively impression of the debates that are thriving among Chinese scholars since the excavation of these ancient texts. The Guodian texts thus have a relevance that surpasses the realm of archeology and ancient thought, touching upon the self-perception and historical consciousness of contemporary Chinese scholars and intellectuals.
